Do I need to be good with technology?
No. Follow the step-by-step setup, which is straightforward, and you’ll be up and running in under an hour. And if any part feels hard, we want to know, so we can make the next version better.
Is this software?
No. Knowledge and a structure, built from running building companies. The software is a separate subscription you hold yourself, covered under what you need above.

Can I use this for my whole company?
Yes. Beta only: one price covers your business and everyone in it, any number of users. Each person needs their own subscription and their own Preferences file, and the changes log keeps everyone on the same page, with a record of who did what. Before the cost puts you off, do the maths on what a person gets back when things run at the same time instead of one after the other.
How long does setup take?
Less than an hour. There are a few connections only you can make, like linking your email and files, and a handful of questions to answer so your Brain understands how your business runs. If you get stuck along the way, ask your Brain first.
Will my Brain do things without me?
That’s up to you. Your Brain works within the permissions you set, so you decide what your Brain can reach, what your Brain can do alone, and what has to be run past you first. You can allow some things unattended, like a scheduled task each morning. Or you can keep a tight leash, drafting only, so nothing sends or deletes until you say. Your connections, your choices, your decisions.
Can I get a refund?
Because this is a digital download, sold as a beta at a reduced price, there are no change-of-mind refunds. If something in the pack is wrong, that's ours to fix: tell us and the correction comes out as a free update. Bought it by accident and haven't downloaded it? Just get in touch and we'll chat.
What if I already use AI at work?
No problem. You don't need to start fresh. The pack shows you how to turn what you already have into a Brain.
Do I need Microsoft or Google?
Optional, but recommended, see what you need above. Microsoft has to be a business account. Hotmail, Outlook.com and Live addresses won't connect. A plain Gmail address connects, and so does a business Google account.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. On a phone, get the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, and check the developer is Anthropic, because there are plenty of lookalikes. On a computer, only ever download from claude.com/download, never an app store.
